These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the typing game and related content (the "Service") provided by Yakiniku TAJA ("we", "us" or "the Site"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are a translation of the original Japanese version. If there is any discrepancy between the two, the Japanese version shall prevail.

1. Fees

The Service is free to use. Any internet or data charges are your responsibility.

2. Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

  • Violate any law or public order and morals
  • Place an excessive load on our servers or network, or interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Copy, republish or redistribute the Service's programs, images, audio or text without our permission
  • Fraudulently click ads or encourage others to click them
  • Engage in any other conduct we consider inappropriate

3. Intellectual property

All rights, including copyright, in the programs, images, audio, text and other content of the Service (the "Content") belong to the operator of the Site, except for fonts and other materials owned by third parties, which belong to their respective owners.

4. Changes to or suspension of the Service

We may change, suspend or end the Service at any time without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law (including accuracy, safety, fitness for a particular purpose, and bugs). We are not liable for any damage you suffer from using the Service.

The Korean translations and romanizations in the Service are provided as a learning aid, and their accuracy is not guaranteed.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms without notice when we consider it necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Site's operator.
